It’s the most magical time of the year! This means it’s the perfect time to experience life at Eastmark by joining us at a Very Merry Eastmark & Home Tour taking place on Saturday, December 16^th from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. It’s a perfect time to discover why Eastmark has earned its reputation as Arizona’s best-selling master-planned community.

Begin your day by checking out the Eastmark Farmers Market taking place from 8:00 am to noon at the Eastmark Great Park Basketball Court (5100 S Eastmark Pkwy, Mesa, AZ 85212). The farmers market features fresh produce, baked goods, handmade candles, arts and crafts, clothing products, and more. You’ll also find food trucks and a coffee truck to complete the experience. Then join us for Jingle Jog taking place from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at the Palm Plaza. This sixth annual festive fun run, and walk benefits Mesa’s House of Refuge. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this 2-mile jaunt through The Eastmark Great Park where cozy or crazy holiday gear is the wardrobe of choice. There’ll be pre-jog stretches, family photo ops, a DJ spinning holiday tunes, and post-jog treats.

After exploring the morning fun, tour over twenty beautiful model homes by our seven builders to see how you can call Eastmark home. Eastmark offers a diverse range of home designs and floorplans ranging from 1,338 to 4,611 square feet with prices starting in the low-$400s.
