Can you believe it’s been 10 years since our Eastmark Grand Opening on June 1, 2013? On that hot summer day, nearly 5,000 people joined us for grand opening festivities where we debuted Eastmark’s the ‘Mark along with the first phase of the Eastmark Great Park, 12 neighborhood parks, 7 builders, and several model homes.
Since that day, Eastmark has continued to bloom with the addition of so many exciting places and spaces! A few examples of our early favorites include: The public Splashpad, Event Pavilion, and of course the Bus Stop – a one-of-a-kind game room, and resident resort-style community pool. Three more phases have been added to the Eastmark Great Park rich with amenities residents and visitors love.
Eastmark is now home to 3 first-rate schools and the Diner and Steadfast Farm & Store which introduced Eastmark to Farm-to-Table living. Eastmark wouldn’t be complete without The Point, a grocery-anchored retail center offering everyday conveniences. Eastmark has even contributed to some of the City of Mesa’s key areas of economic growth over the past 10 years attracting innovative businesses such as Apple and Meta (Facebook). But most importantly over 18,000 residents are very happy to call Eastmark home today.
We are so incredibly proud of all we have been able to achieve at Eastmark over the past 10 years. Over 6,000 homes have been sold representing over $2.3 billion in residential home sales to date. We have been recognized as one of the greatest master-planned communities by receiving top national and local rankings and accolades since 2015. This success would not be possible without our team, partners, businesses, and residents who have made our vision and story come to Life.
Thank you for making Eastmark the Mark of Something Special.
Welcome to Eastmark
