Eastmark Residents Make Us Number #1 Again – and #6 in the Nation!

They say that great people attract great people, and this must be the case at Eastmark. For the past three years, Eastmark has earned the top spot as the fastest growing community in Arizona and one of the top 10 in the nation. Read the RCLCO Ranking Report 

This tremendous success reflects an 83% increase from the prior year, where Eastmark was ranked #11 in the nation. Since its grand opening in 2013, Eastmark has sold over 2,350 homes and is now home to over 5,000 residents. Ten national and local homebuilders offer more than 100 home floor plans in 15 neighborhoods within this large master-planned community.

However, the real secret to Eastmark’s success is of course its residents. Great builders, outstanding community programming and unique amenities only come to life when the people who appreciate them bring their passions to to their community.   • Plans are underway for a new Queen Creek High School for the 2019/2020 school year

  • The Eastmark Stake, the community’s first place of worship
  • 50+ community and resident programs throughout the year
  •  The Handlebar Diner, a popular public dining destination housed in a 1950’s restored Valentine Diner at the Eastmark Great Park
  • Plans for a new Safeway Grocery at Eastmark were in announced in July 2017, which includes a new 15-acre commercial center a Signal Butte and Point Twenty-Two Boulevard
