The holidays have been happenin’ here at Eastmark.

Nearly 1,000 flannel-clad residents attended A Very Merry Eastmark this year, taking part in the annual tree lighting and family ornament collection. Families strolled Palm Plaza enjoying hayrides, storytellers, crafts, and face painting surrounded by sounds of country-western music. Guests filled their bellies with food truck fare and satisfied their sweet tooth from a hot chocolate and cider bar complete with all the fixins.

To honor Eastmark’s giving spirit, our community hosted the inaugural Jingle Jog to support our nonprofit partner Addy Bears. With open hearts and overwhelming generosity 38 families jingled and jogged the 1-mile route around The Eastmark Great Park on Dec. 9.

Together residents and guests raised $1,359 and created 69 stuffed bears that will help bring comfort to the families who receive these special gifts under heartbreaking circumstances. Jingle Jog was coordinated by Eastmark Leadership Class 3.
