Eastmark was designed for connectivity—between neighborhoods and among neighbors. You can see this in our uniquely designed community streets and parkways, deliberately planned to help slow traffic and encourage walking and biking to get around.

Our early residents—Eastmark Originals—quickly took to this concept and embraced our healthy, active and connected way of life.

In that spirit, Eastmark’s marketing team decided to give residents a little more encouragement by introducing a complimentary bike program in 2014 for all new home buyers.

In partnership with local entrepreneur Jim Decker, custom beach cruisers were designed, built and delivered, and the Eastmark Cruiser Culture was born.

Now, just three years later, we have distributed well over 1,000 bikes in three distinct designs that can be spotted all over the community. We could not be prouder!

Now the time has come to shift our focus to other things and, as a result, we will be retiring the program once distribution is complete to all 2016 new home buyers.

But don’t fret! Eastmark residents can continue to be a part of this fun movement by ordering bikes directly through Jim Decker at Soul Beach Cruisers. The estimated cost for Eastmark residents is $269 per adult bike. Pricing for children’s bikes and other designs are available by request.
