Get ready to experience the delightful hops, distinctive tastes and lively music of Eastmark’s Craft Brew Night, a fall tradition for our 21+ residents.
We have partnered with local PHX favorite O.H.S.O. Brewery, (Outrageous Homebrewer’s Social Outpost), bringing their 89Ale, Popcycle Blonde, O.H.S.O. Hoppy and Boom Dynomite IPA to the table.
Not only do we share an affinity for orange and bicycles, but O.H.S.O.’s community-minded three valley locations serve up a dining experience for the entire family including dog-friendly patios!
Rumor has it that we might be seeing one pop up in Gilbert soon.
While sipping on a cold beer or non-alcoholic refreshment, tantalize your taste buds with the food pairing provided by Saffron Pig, featuring Spanish paella, traditional street food, served all throughout Spain. Paella is a unique and entertaining experience, as it is cooked right in front of you. The amazing smell and visual sense, draw people in for an interactive encounter.
Many Phoenicians have never heard of, or tasted paella, and are usually intrigued and inquisitive. Those that have had paella often reminisce about their adventures in Spain. With so many food allergies, paella is a great option. Saffron Pig’s paella is gluten free, nut free and dairy free!
Chef, JJ Sullivan, is a native to Arizona and has spent the past 15 years working throughout the Valley as a banquet chef in high-end resorts. After traveling abroad, and experiencing paella, he decided to bring this dish for his fellow Zonies to try.
Passionate about cooking, community and the environment; he uses high quality, sustainable, and local products and serves on 100 percent recyclable palm leaf bowls and wood forks. He thoughtfully designed the following menu for this event:
The ambiance will be unforgettable as The ‘Mark fills with sounds of Phoenicia, Spanish guitarist duo Joseph Forbush (lead) and Eddie Cats. Phoenicia’s style is a blend of Spanish, classical, and contemporary rhythms and melodies that capture the spirit of the Southwest.
