The ‘Mark is a resident-only space where neighbors can gather, play, and learn. Whether you want to unwind with some post-work Skee Ball or meet fellow moms for a play date at the tot pool, there’s something for everyone here.
Did you know there is a full-size school bus inside The ‘Mark? Yup, you’ve got to see it. The retrofitted bus has booth-style seating and is bursting with board games, puzzles, books, and a toddler play area. Just outside the bus, you’ll find a giant Scrabble wall, shuffle board, Skee Ball, Foos Ball, pool tables, basketball games, a retro arcade game (Pac-Man, anyone?), and no lack of cozy spots for lounging.
Need some refreshment? There’s a water and ice machine free for resident use (bring your own containers!), and vending and candy machines with snacks to purchase. You can also bring your own food and beverage from home. Just remember, glass containers are not permitted within the Bus Stop or pool area.
Cooling off in the pool is essential for us desert dwellers, and Eastmark is home to a 4,000-plus square foot community pool located just outside The ‘Mark. The private, resort-style oasis has patio tables, lounge chairs, in-pool basketball hoops, pool toys, and BBQ grills. There are restrooms, changing rooms, and outdoor showers for your convenience. Plus, it’s heated and open year round (you know, for those “cooler” winter months).
If you plan to visit the pool with younger kiddos, there’s a smaller 560 square foot toddler pool that’s perfect for little toes to take a dip. Grab a towel and some sun screen, and we’ll see you poolside!
