There’s so much to look forward to as a resident of Eastmark, like the year-round events and traditions that bring neighbors together to meet, reconnect, and celebrate in a big way. We hope you’re able to join us for one (or all!) of the following activities:
For one fabulous night each spring, The Eastmark Great Park comes to life for what can be described as part circus, part carnival, part arts fest, part food fest, part dance party, and a whole lot of awesome. Take a look!
First Friday Concerts
When the desert weather turns perfect each fall and spring, we switch on the stage lights and turn up the volume at The Eastmark Great Park Event Pavilion. On the first Friday night of the month, top-notch musicians from around the Valley (and of various musical genres) take the stage to rock out with Eastmark residents and the surrounding community. You’re invited to bring along a blanket or low back chair, picnic basket or cooler (food trucks are on site, too), and your dancing shoes!
This beloved tradition was started by the Hunter family who are proud Eastmark Originals. Each Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day, neighbors volunteer to line the Eastmark residential parks with U.S. flags to show the community’s spirit and patriotism.
Happy Birthday, USA!
We celebrate big when it comes to America’s birthday. After the barbecues and pool parties wind down, we gather at sundown on Independence Day for a fabulous concert and fireworks show over The Eastmark Great Park (open to the public).
A Very Scary Eastmark
It’s the most spooktacular time of the year when the ghosts and goblins come out to play! Costumed creatures gather at The Eastmark Great Park for food and fun, games, and contests, too. This is a resident-only event.
Veterans Day Breakfast
Residents gather to honor the brave men and women who serve our country at the annual Eastmark Veterans Day Breakfast. This is a special event you won’t want to miss.
A Very Merry Eastmark
You won’t need to roam far from home for a heaping dose of holiday cheer. Each December, residents are invited to gather at The Eastmark Great Park to kick off the season with a neighborhood holiday soirée and tree lighting on Palm Plaza. The event is full of sweet treats, cheerful holiday tunes, festive activities, and the beloved tradition where residents bring personalized ornaments to decorate the community tree.
