Eastmark Ranked #11 in the Nation Among Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities; #1 in Arizona According to RCLCO

Eastmark’s having another Awesome year! Cool new resident amenities opened this year including the Bus Stop and a resort style swimming pool, more than 10,000 gathered for The Eastmark AwesomeFest this spring and thousands have joined Eastmark for our seasonal concert series in the park. This growing community attracts not only residents for its fun, but guests come far and wide to enjoy many of the public events and attractions here.

And the sales of homes at Eastmark continue to lead in the master-planned community market!

The renowned real estate advisory group RCLCO released their mid-year report this week and Eastmark earned another top spot among the top 20 best-selling master-planned communities in the nation during the first half of 2016. For the second year in a row, Eastmark is the top-selling master-planned community in Arizona and currently ranked as the 11th fastest selling community in the U.S. See the RCLCO report here.
