Come for the tour and stay for the fun!

Come see what’s new at Eastmark. Visit more than 50 homes on tour. Beautiful Quick-Move-In Homes and Models by Eastmark’s 9 home builders. Learn more about our new gated community Innovation Park by Meritage and see new neighborhoods in phase two. Homes range in size from 1,500 to 5,700 sq. ft. and in cost from the $200s to $500k+.

Home tours begin Friday, October 2 from 3PM – 7PM. Afterwards, stick around for a taste of life at Eastmark. Grab a bite to eat at the food trucks onsite and enjoy our free concert under the stars featuring The Police Experience, The most authentic Police tribute band in the world, The Police Experience delivers an ultra-high-energy show that will have you on your feet.

Food & Drinks:

The food truck line up will include Charred Woodfired Pizza, L.A. Roots, Burgers Amore, Whiskey Ranch BBQ, Frosted Frenzy and The Treatery.. For the adults, beer and wine will be available to those 21 and older (ID required). Thanks to Hensley Distributing, all proceeds from alcohol sales go to Mesa’s Save the Family Foundation. And for the kids, Eastmark’s Splash Pad will be open. Please leave pets at home.

Weekend Line Up:

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2

Model Home Twilight Tours from 3 – 7pm, food trucks AND a free concert by The Police Experience starting at 6:30 pm in The Eastmark Great Park.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3-4

Home Tours continue from 10 am – 5 pm.
