It was a sight like no other. Over 1,500 flags lined all 13 of our community’s neighborhood parks AND The ‘Mark and The Eastmark Great Park® too.
The patriotic inspiration of the Hunter family is creating a beautiful, new Eastmark tradition, setting a back drop of red, white and blue for our community’s second Independence Day Celebration.
Check out this inspiring video if you haven’t already:
The morning of July 4th began with make-your-own waffles and orange juice and mimosas.
The Eastmark Cub Scouts led a flag ceremony. Brenae Maddiz sang the National Anthem.
It wouldn’t be an Eastmark celebration without bikes. Residents decorated their bikes, including their Eastmark Original Cruisers, to compete for first place and a $100 Diamondbacks gift card in the categories of Most Patriotic, Wackiest and best use of Eastmark Orange.
Inside The ‘Mark families took fun and patriotic pictures in the photo booth.
We’ll be making a community collage to hang inside the building. Families also decorated messages of thanks to active U.S. service members.
Outside, kids of all ages stayed cool on two 16 ft water slides, pools, water guns and of course the Splash Pad!
