Less than 100 days until the holidays are here and now is the time for families who are looking for a new house to find that perfect new home!

For one Saturday afternoon, Eastmark and its seven builders will showcase nearly 30 quick move-in homes that are nearing completion along with 20 beautifully decorated model homes open in phase one. There’s still time to customize some of these new homes AND be moved in to celebrate the holidays. Each of Eastmark’s seven homebuilders have a limited supply of these quick move-in homes that are popular with those who are ready to get settled in sooner than later.

Visitors as well as Eastmark residents can then enjoy an afternoon of free food, fun, and music, as part of the home tours planned for the Eastmark Fall Home Showcase. The Eastmark Visitors Center will be home base for music, kid’s activities, and complimentary food and beverages. This is a great opportunity to get a taste of Eastmark’s exciting community life and meet residents of the new community.

Visitors can start their tour at the Eastmark Visitors Center to get maps of the quick move-in homes on tour and the model home complexes. Kids can also cool off and play in the splashpad right outside The Eastmark Visitors Center!

Home tours begin in all of the models and quick move-in homes at 10am; Visitors can head over to the Eastmark Visitors Center at 12pm, where Eastmark will be hosting food, drinks and fun for everyone.

10:00am – 6:00pm – nearly 30 quick move-in homes are open to visit along with 20 fully decorated model homes

12:00pm – 4:00pm – Stop by the Visitors Center for your home map, free food and entertainment.
