Eastmark Begins Commercial Planning and Selects PCA as Exclusive Listing Broker

Phoenix Commercial Advisors LogoDMB Commercial is pleased to announce that they have selected Phoenix Commercial Advisors (PCA) as the exclusive listing broker for its first phase of commercial development at Eastmark.  The first commercial district is currently being planned at the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Ray Roads to provide retail, services, amenities, and office spaces.  A key corner of the Eastmark community, this location is near the planned development of the Grand Canyon University campus and is close to the first neighborhoods in Eastmark.

The 45-acre mixed-use property will be developed in multiple phases.  This first phase is anticipated to include a grocery anchored neighborhood center and will be available no later than 2016.  The second phase will be designed to complement the first phase and GCU and will include additional retail, office, lifestyle and entertainment uses.

The area’s growth over the past few years has created the demand for these services.  In addition to the new residents at Eastmark, the announcement of GCU creates a new level of demand for accessible dining, shopping, entertainment, and everyday services.  Apple’s recent purchase of the fabrication facility adds to the demand as they will soon have hundreds of new employees at Eastmark who will need easy access to groceries, lunch spots, coffee, and more.

Eastmark’s comprehensive vision as an economic hub of the region includes a robust commercial district in the early phases.  PCA’s professional retail leasing team will help DMB strategically design and lease this new core.
