On a beautiful warm evening in October, we celebrated our first Eastmark residents with a casual gathering on the patio at The ‘Mark. To most this Patio Party might have seemed like any other social event, but to the 130 in attendance it was so much more.

Eastmark’s inaugural Patio Party marked the first gathering of Eastmark residents and soon-to-be homeowners. Great food, cool drinks and lovely music set the stage for something special – the beginning of friendships.

Neighbors met neighbors. Common interests were discovered. Playdates were set. And a real community was born.

We also honored the attendees with special recognition as Eastmark Originals. What does it mean to be an Eastmark Original? It means you are a member of a special club of 100 or so families – the first residents to put down roots in Eastmark. It means you are an adventurous trailblazer; an explorer who thrives in new territory. You crave innovation and appreciate individuality. You are unique and one-of-a-kind, and you belong at Eastmark.
