One of Phoenix’s premiere magazines, Arizona Foothills Magazine, has named Eastmark as one of the “Best Places to Live in Arizona” this year. The community opened in June 2013 and the first residents have already moved into this 3,200 acre community.
In addition to unique and diverse new home offerings from seven fine builders, AFM cites the lifestyle of Eastmark as part of the attraction to this community. BASIS Mesa at Eastmark, a top-ranked charter school for students in grade 5-10, is already open and Grand Canyon University will start development of their new college campus soon.
DMB designed Eastmark to include a 106-acre Eastmark Great Park, which will stretch more than a mile-long through the community. The first phase of that park includes a popular splash playground that is open to the public. Future phases will include an event pavilion where concerts and special events can be hosted for the neighborhood and the greater community.
Nearly every DMB community has earned accolades for its lifestyle and focus on resident engagement. We approach community building in a unique way, with a dedicated Community Life team that works with families to develop programming to enhance and enrich their lives.
As the Eastmark community grows, watch for opportunities to engage with us. Even in this early phase of development, there are already more than 100 homes under construction and more on the way. The parks are filling up in the early evenings as families come out to play. Little ones are loving the splash pad near The ‘Mark. Our communities are engaging places to live, work, play, and learn.
