WIN A FREE CUSTOM EASTMARK CRUISER BICYCLE CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

1. In order to participate in the drawing, participants must register online at www.eastmark.com/awesomefest. All registrations must be submitted prior to midnight on Friday, April 8, 2016 in order to be eligible to win. No Purchase is Necessary. Participation is limited to one (1) entry per household, and all participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. The registration process will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2016 and end at midnight on Friday, April 8, 2016. The winner will be drawn by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 18, 2016. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. By completing and submitting the registration, participants acknowledge that he/she is aware of, and agrees with, these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.
2. The contest is sponsored and promoted by DMB Mesa Proving Grounds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“DMB”), located at 7600 E. Doubletree Ranch Road, Suite 300, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and all claims relating to the contest must be brought in a court of local jurisdiction located within Maricopa County, Arizona. Requests for the name of the individual winner may be sent to the following address: DMB Associates, Inc., 7600 E. Doubletree Ranch Road, Suite 300, Scottsdale, Arizona 85258, Attn: Garilyn Bourgeois.
3. The prize consists of one (1) custom Eastmark cruiser bicycle, which has an estimated retail value of $225. One (1) individual name will be drawn that will award the winner the free custom Eastmark cruiser bicycle. All Federal, state and local laws apply. Prize winner must agree to provide proof of identity and proof of age in order to claim their prize. The prize is not transferable by the participant and may be subject to certain restrictions. No cash redemption or prize substitution will be allowed.
4. Employees of any of the Eastmark Builders, DMB Associates, Inc. and DMB Community Life, Inc. (as well as their respective direct and indirect owners, and their respective directors, officers, partners, agents and/or any successors or assigns of any of the foregoing) shall not be eligible to enter the contest.
5. By entering into the drawing, each participant agrees (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, and (2) to release and hold harmless DMB and its officers, employees, agents and directors from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from the participant’s participation or the acceptance or use of the prize.
6. Winner will receive confirmation by email immediately following the drawing. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a release of liability in favor of DMB in order to receive the prize. If required, the affidavit or declaration must be returned within five (5) days of receipt by the winner. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, or in the event that the affidavit or declaration, the prize, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or cannot be confirmed by recipient within 36 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner(s) will be selected.
7. DMB reserves the right to (i) modify, suspend or terminate the contest in the event the software relating to the process to enter becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, and (ii) cancel or suspend the contest in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond DMB’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest Should this occur, winners will be determined from among all entries received prior to cancellation.
8. Winner is responsible for taking possession and transporting the prize from the Eastmark Visitors Center located at 10100 E. Ray Road, Mesa, Arizona 85012.
