Eastmark Ranked in the Top 10 Master-Planned Communities in the Nation for 2015

The numbers are in! Eastmark closed out 2015 and ranked among the top 10 selling master-planned communities in the nation.

Thanks to the hundreds of families who chose the Eastmark community this year, Eastmark made top 10 in the nation on two of the industry’s leading real estate lists: John Burns Real Estate Consulting and RCLCO. These prestigious lists recognized Eastmark as the #1 best-selling master-planned community in Arizona, as well as #7 and #8 in the U.S. for 2015.

Eastmark saw strong traffic and sales in its neighborhoods all year.  On average, the community sold 50 homes per month.

“Eastmark’s inclusion in this prestigious list is a Top 10 master-planned communitiestestament to the incredible place that Eastmark is becoming, and the sustained growth and demand in the Southeast Valley,” said Dea McDonald, Eastmark’s General Manager and Senior Vice President for DMB.

According to resident surveys, Eastmark’s buyers enjoy the strong community life developing in the community.  The community’s signature events, both large-scale public events and more intimate resident programs, continue to attract thousands of families, creating a rich fabric of neighborhoods and friends.

The vision for Eastmark as a major economic core for Phoenix’s East Valley is already coming to fruition.  Apple’s Arizona Global Operations Center resides at Eastmark and DMB’s Operations team is working to bring more high-quality jobs to the area. Buyers appreciate living in the heart of the region’s transportation system with direct connection to employment, schools and parks.
