Summit Collection – Taylor Morrison

2015 has already been a tremendous year for Eastmark! More and more people want to be part of our unique community. The proof is in the record number of home sales we’ve seen – and we aren’t even halfway through the year.

Currently, Eastmark’s phase one residential is 60% sold, making room for new housing options in phase two.

Beginning in January, Eastmark’s phase two welcomed Concorde Place at Eastmark by William Ryan Homes.

Soon after, Woodside Homes presented their Legacy Series starting in the high $200K and offering six floor plans ranging from 2,478 square feet to over 3,600 square feet.

Now, Taylor Morrison is getting ready to debut their new neighborhood: Summit Collection at Astral Heights. Six new floor plans are being introduced ranging in size from 2,808 to 4,730 square feet. Homes are starting in the mid-$300K with features including 3 to 4 car garages. And how’s this for innovation? Homebuyers will be introduced to Taylor Morrison’s Elem3nts™ program, featuring properties that use energy in smarter and more efficient ways.

Oh, and we’re not done yet. Phase two residential at Eastmark will eventually include more homes from phase one builders Ryland, Mattamy, and Maracay Homes; it will also introduce Shea Homes to the community. And of course, it’s the Eastmark way to add 13 neighborhood parks to the phase two mix for new neighbors and friends to get outside together.
